System bogged down, but can't id cause.

The response time for any action is increasingly dismal.
At time Norton anti-virus is turned off even though none of
the household users claim not to have modified the settings.
Spyware Doctor, Norton Anti-Virus, Ewido, XoftSpy all come
up with only cookies when scans are run on the machine (and,
Yes, the latest definition files have been picked up for all of
the mentioned anti-malware apps. prior to running the scans)

A few weeks ago my wife received the classic e-mail from the 'FBI'
and unfortunately double-clicked on the attached file as
instructed. Once I found out, all the malware programs were
run, and the removal program mentioned on the Symantec site, and
other sites, was run, but no positive hits were found.

Do you see anything in the Hijack This log that needs to be
removed?
