I recently installed a new hdd and also added a slave hdd. Everything was fine for a few days and now the system just crashes. I ran debug in safe mode and it is telling me that win32k.sys is the problem. I am also getting error messages such explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close or Dr. Watson has encountered blah blah blah. Any ideas? I suspect I need to reformat and reload XP.

    Thanks.

    Try doing a repair install.

I did and it seems to have made the issues worse.

Might want to back up all your stuff and do a reinstall. Sometimes there are so many issues it causes a domino effect.
