system error popup

Could someone please help. I keep getting this pop up ""System error! Your computer was infected by unknown trojan. It's dangerous for your system (critical files can be lost)! Click OK to download the anti-spyware program to clean your system! (Recommended)"

I also just removed java/shinwow.BG and 3 instances of java/byteverify!exploit by using ccleaner.

I've turned off system restore and deleted all save points and turned it back on.

I've installed HijackThis and my current log is listed below.

HijackThis does not usually give us enough information to help people whose computers are infected. We ask that you follow a certain set of instructions and scans in the READ & RUN ME FIRST. This will produce several logs that we ask you to attach with your next post and when we look at these, we have a better idea of what has been done so far and what still needs doing.
