System Fan Speeds

    Hello, I currently have 3 case fans in my system. One of them is connected via the mainboard and the other 2 are connected via molex connectors. However, today I noticed that which ever fan was connected to the mainboard pratically doubled in speed. Is this normal? If so is there anyway that I can get all fans to spin at there maximum speeds?
