I have a problem, when I play some games my system sometimes just hangs. I keep seeing the same image on the screen(the last frame my pc showed). Then I have to reset my pc. when my pc starts back up I get this message: Windows has recovered from an unexpected shutdown. and it shows this info:

    Problem signature:
    Problem Event Name: BlueScreen
    OS Version: 6.1.7600.2.0.0.256.1
    Locale ID: 1043

    Additional information about the problem:
    BCCode: 124
    BCP1: 0000000000000000
    BCP2: FFFFFA8004B9D038
    BCP3: 0000000000000000
    BCP4: 0000000000000000
    OS Version: 6_1_7600
    Service Pack: 0_0
    Product: 256_1

I'd like to know what it means and if there is anything I can do about it.
PS I never see the bleuscreen, just the last frame from before it hung.

I've had the BSOD many times, and for numerous different reasons. first have you installed any new software, or games, or hardware? If you have maybe try to do a system restore, and see what happens. Have you defragmented lately? What games are you playing? And what are the system requirements for the games you are playing?
