    Hi

At times some of these can show up in logs as not working or having issues but they are normal (weirdly enough) in that they dont need to start as you dont have the hardware or the specific hardware is disabled, so when Windows thinks they should start they do not hence the error.

6to4 and ISATAP are network items and mainly dealing with TCP/IP between TCP/IP v4 and TCP/IPv6 the v6 version is not used a great deal yet but will be soon, however in some systems and if using some tweaking apps they disable TCP/IP v6 as it used to cause some connection issues.

If you open up network and shareing centre and then click the Change Adapter settings then right click > properties on the network adapter you are using, then just check to see if Internet Protocol TCP/IP v6 is checked or not. You can also use the 1st listed fixit HERE to enable IPv6

Also in Device Manager do you have any yellow ! marks and if so by what device/s?

Thanks for your reply in answer to this question,

If you open up network and shareing centre and then click the Change Adapter settings then right click > properties on the network adapter you are using, then just check to see if Internet Protocol TCP/IP v6 is checked or not.

    Yes it was checked.

In Device Manager these are the ones marked yellow

    Microsoft 6TO4 Adaptor #17

    Microsoft ISATAP Adaptor #15

    Microsoft ISATAP Adaptor #25

    Microsoft ISATAP Adaptor #27

    Hi Paul

In the main those are hinderance issues and not normally a major concern, BUT lets see if we can fix them and to do this first off tell me if you have any devices that are 2greyed" out in Device Manager, however to see these hidden devices you have to in Device Manager click View > Show Hidden Devices, then open the Network branch up and look for any greyed device name.

if you see any uninstall them, and also uninstall any reference to Microsoft 6TO4 and Microsoft ISATAP and they may have as listed in your post # numbers as that seems to be a byproduct of the driver likely trying to re-install multiple times.

Then install the Chipset driver for HERE and reboot, then install the Network driver from HERE

To gain the Wifi driver you may have we would need the Service tag number or the below log attached. Service tag would be better.

    Hi Paul

Sorry not got back to you as quick as you replied to me yesterday, I'm in and out at present, multiple projects, but will keep an eye on your thread here.

Yes do uninstall those yellow ! mark ones, then install the drivers I mentioned, with the reboot after the Chipset.

    Hi
I think this is the driver that you need for your wireless card...

    http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/...&cc=us&dlc=en&product=3340169&os=2093&lang=en

I know that it is from HP but this makes no difference. I have read that the dell one sometimes does not re-install very well.

    Hi Paul

Good stuff and glad no issues are in the report now, I think it was what I mentioned earlier in maybe a bad driver install, that kept on trying to install the drivers over and over again hence the #XX numbers, which would equal the amount of network drivers it tried to install.
