System Locks up, software conflict?...HELP!

I already posted in the Malware section of this forum, but i was redirected after CHASLANG looked over my hijack log.

"Ive been struggling with a problem with my PC for quite some time now. I even reformated and it didnt help! My computer will lock up randomly, no warning! Usually it will lock up when i first boot up and all the programs are loading. If it gets past that phase, it will randomly freeze up some other time, sometimes a couple hours later (there is no trend that i can notice). However, this does not happen when i am running in safe mode which leads me to believe that it is software conflict."

When it freezes:
When the pc locks up, i can still use my mouse for a short while. When i trace over the windows toolbar at the bottom of the screen the arrow will turn into an hour glass and i cant click anything on the menu. Eventually, i will loose mouse control then i hit the restart button."

Is there software available that can help diagnose the crash and help me find the software issue?

I've never had a problem like this but this could be a good starting point for you.
