   I downloaded system mechainc pro 5.5 and it said something about messing up other virus type programs and i have norton int securty 05...please tell me what to do..will it mess up if i have both?

   running two antivirus programs is not recommended
   don't install the antivirus part of system mechanic, if you want to keep NAV
   if you want system mechanics antivirus, uninstall the NAV portion of NIS.
