system restart automaticaly

Daer sir,
i observe all your valued reply,
sir, still my system restart automatically,
i change cmos battery,check and clear..no virus in my system.
Yesterday while i am reformat my system, system auto restart and a message got"system recoverd from a serious problem.while the time of scanning or also system restart.sir,is it the problem of ram? My system were intel celron 3.07ghz,512ram&80gb hard disk.
Sir, pls gave me goos suggestion to fix my problems.

I would read the HOW TO: Debug Memory Dumps (Figure out what is causing a BSOD) As it sounds like you are having a BSOD.
