    Hey Guys.

Was just wondering if any of you guys had the time to answer a couple of questions to help me out.
I recently cleaned my pc, learned the basics about what services I can disable and for the 20th time disabled loads of stuff in my startup utility.
I have a thing called: sprtcmd located in: "C:\Program Files\Dell Support Service\Bin\sprtcmd.exe"/P dellsupportcenter
I also have a Dell and Dell Support forlder in my P Files. Is this normal to have the 3 Dell folders.

Also I was wondering why after I disable things like msnmsgr, ctfmon and GoogleToolbarNotifier are re enabled.
Also when i checked ctfmon on a popular site (should I not mention the name) for checking startups, there are 19 trojans and one genuine. How do I know if mine is the genuine one.
I'd love to ask more questions but I've been so selfish already. But I don't expect you guys to answer all of my questions even one would help me.

Thanks guys. (reading you forum has helped me alot in the past)
