    Hi

On replacing the BIOS battery did you also reset the BIOS to default settings and change the time in the BIOS?

Also make sure your timezone settings are correct.

Could also try this to test, in disabling the auto sync time.

    • Go to Start > Control Panel > Date and Time
    • In the Date and Time Properties window, go to the Internet Time tab
    • Remove the check mark beside the Automatically synchronize with an Internet Time Server
    • Click on Apply and then OK

When I replaced the CMOS battery, I did CHANGE AND SAVE the BIOS settings. I also disabled the Automatic Time Sync. Still the problem persists. Please help. Everytime I boot my system I need to change the BIOS date and time and my VGA Shared MEmory Settings.
