System Tray Empty.

Nothing happens when click on start.

A couple of things that it "could" be. However, knowing you it could be anything/ Start with these two,

1st
Could be an explorer issue. Hit WIN+R and type cmd, then enter.

Type this

taskkill /f /im explorer.exe && start explorer.exe


2nd.

RE-Register the Start menu.

Hit WIN+R type powershell, then enter

Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.Windows.StartMenuExperienceHost | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}

 

fixed it...ran thru malware instructions.And getting new glasses.
