system upgrades

hi

ime looking to upgrade my system was hopeing someone could give me an idea as wot to upgrade

ive allreadey put a 80gig seagate harddrive in and put some more memory but dosent seem to have made much more speed

system specs are attached.

i dont think i will be able to afford a new pentium at the moment so would be looking for a motherboard that will run a pentium 2 for now

 

Sorry, I don't think there is much more you could do to your system so that you would notice an increase in performance. Your MOBO may support a 333 Mhz CPU if you could find one, or try more RAM.

 

You could upgrade your video cards since it's a 4 megs one.

I remember i have a nvidia TNT2 model 64 32 megs with the same system you have and it work pretty great.

You could buy this cards for 30 bucks now i think... just do a little search...

Yes it will you have one AGP slot...

When it times to install it post here i will tell you how....

 

Your processor is pretty slow. Upgrading that would mean you woul have to upgrade motherboard and then you would have to check if everything is compatible. Your hd is good and memory is ok for just browsing the web.
