System32/conime.exe Ghost File?

I was gong through my msconfig menu disabling some start up programs recently in an attempt to speed up my boot time and I noticed a strange entry. At some point over the last few weeks the conime.exe file as inserted itself there. Upon Goggling it, I've read it is a MS program and is normally safe; but also can be malware disguising itself as well.

Here is the strange thing. When I navigated to my System32 directory to check it out; there was no conime.exe file present there (even though I've searched the registry and have found multiple entrants for it).

Just to be safe, I scanned my entire System32 folder and all its contents with both MalwareBytes and BitDefender (with zero results found).

Is this something to worry about, and if not; how/why do I suddenly have a Start Up entry for a file that doesn't exist?

    Thnx!
