System32 folder open when i return to computer hours later

hi

can someone tell me why i sometimes see my windows explorer opened on windows/system 32? it happens once in a while. im not sure if its a virus i doubt its malware cause im running kaspersky internet security 2015, ccleaner and malware byes. i just wanna know if anyone knows what the reason is for windows explorer to do this? it seems to happen the most when i leave computer running and i come back hours later. im worried its a hacker.

Is this XP? I believe this is caused by an incorrect registry setting.

yeah i saw that Windows XP users having this problem when i tried googling. I have windows 8.1 Pro 64 bit.
