Why does SpywareBlaster change MSIE 11 security>restricted from default to custom?

 

Spywareblaster isn't like most anti-spyware programs. It doesn't run in the background intercepting stuff and it doesn't do scans to remove stuff either. What it does do is change quite a few system settings to prevent the sort of stuff described here. IE security settings are part of what it changes.
