Tables HTML PHP

I'm having a little probem. On my computer everything looks fine but on another because of the screen size it doesn't. As you can see from: http://www.zerrosoft.co.nr when you move your mouse over the menu buttons a javscript thing pops up with information. How can i contain it in a table right between the border. I no i could use a table but i dont no where to add the code or what to add.
