TAG still on desktop but virus seems gone

Thanks to your website, I've rid my computer of about:blank and qoologic. Both my start ups and log ons to internet appear normal. However, there is still an icon for TAG (TagASaurus) on the desktop.

I ran a search for Tagasaurus using your search feature and came up with zero. Any advice?

Please attach a current HJT log along with the logs from the online scans listed in the READ ME so we can confirm your clean. The icon on the desktop you can simply right click and delete it.
