Actually, your shift from focusing on cannoli to pizza shows a major flaw in your original plan. Pizza, like taco, is broadly available, and accepted everywhere, while cannoli can be hard to impossible to find in large parts of the country. You should have organized the Pizza clan instead of the cannoli clan. Would have had better mass-market appeal.
