Ok, as the topic shows you, i'm having Task manager, Regedit and Msconfig Problems. When ever I try to open them, they close quickly. I know this is a virus problem, I tried downloading Hijack This, but my Mcafee detected a virus so I need as much help as I can to find it.I tried to download Hijack This, but Mcafee detected a virus within it and keeps terminating the download. I managed to get the Task manager to stay up by copying Taskmgr.exe to my desktop, and renaming it MGRTASK.exe. Because of my lack of Hijack this, I guess ill just type up all of the running processes and see if you guys can spot anything suspicious.
    Processes:

You need to update your definitions for McAfee or disable it if you cannot update. HijackThis does not have a virus in it. It is a bug in McAfee. This also means your definitions are way out of date.

    Please follow the steps below:

    - Run ALL the steps in this Sticky thread READ ME FIRST BEFORE ASKING FOR SUPPORT: Basic Spyware, Trojan And Virus RemovalMake sure you check version numbers and get all updates.

    - Very Important: Make sure you tell us the results from running the tutorial...was anything found? Were you unable to complete any of the scans?...Were you unable to download any of the tools?...Did you do the on-line scans as suggested? etc.

After doing ALL of the above you still have a problem:

    - Download HijackThis 1.99.1

    - Unzip the hijackthis.exe file to a folder you create named C:\Program Files\HJT

    - Do NOT run Hijack This from the Desktop, a temp folder, or a sub-folder of C:\Documents and Settings, or choose to run it directly from the downloaded ZIP file.

    - Before running HijackThis: You must close each of the following:your web browser, e-mail client, instant messenger, and programs like notepad, wordpad, MS Word etc. And any other unnecessary running programs.

    - Run HijackThis and save your log file.

    - Post your log as an ATTACHMENT to your next message. (Do NOT copy/paste the log into your post).

    You're welcome.

You should post the follow up HijackThis log so we can be sure we got everything.

You should run MSConfig and select Normal Startup because using it could hide items that we may need to see.

You still have part of the root cause of your problems present ----> WINLOGONPC.EXE

If you are using WinXP or WinMe, make sure you have system restore disabled (per the tutorial).
For all OS types, make sure viewing of hidden files is enabled (per the tutorial).

Run HijackThis and select the following lines but DO NOT CLICK FIX until you exit all browser sessions including the one you are reading in right now:
    O3 - Toolbar: (no name) - {BA52B914-B692-46c4-B683-905236F6F655} - (no file)
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Windows Logon Procedure] WINLOGONPC.EXE
    O9 - Extra button: (no name) - {08B0E5C0-4FCB-11CF-AAA5-00401C608501} - C:\WINDOWS\System32\msjava.dll (file missing)
    O9 - Extra 'Tools' menuitem: Sun Java Console - {08B0E5C0-4FCB-11CF-AAA5-00401C608501} - C:\WINDOWS\System32\msjava.dll (file missing)
    O9 - Extra button: MUSICMATCH MX Web Player - {d81ca86b-ef63-42af-bee3-4502d9a03c2d} - http://wwws.musicmatch.com/mmz/openWebRadio.html (file missing)
    O16 - DPF: {B942A249-D1E7-4C11-98AE-FCB76B08747F} (RealArcadeRdxIE Class) - http://games-dl.real.com/gameconsole/Bundler/CAB/RealArcadeRdxIE.cab
    After clicking Fix, exit HJT.

Boot into safe mode and use Windows Explorer to delete:
    C:\windows\System32\WINLOGONPC.EXE

If you get an error when deleting a file. Right click on the file and check to see if the read only attribute is checked. If it is, uncheck it and try again. Other wise open Task Manager and kill the process if running then delete the file.

Now run Ccleaner (installed while running the READ ME FIRST). Now if running Win XP goto c:\windows\Prefetch and delete all files in this folder.
Now reboot in normal mode and post a new HJT log. And tell us how things are working.

On my computer there is no winlogonpc.exe, but there is a winlogon.exe. Before deleting it, I want to make sure that they are the same. Get back to me as soon as possible, thanks.

No!!!! Do not delete winlogon.exe. You must make sure you have viewing of HIDDEN and SYSTEM files enabled. Look for C:\windows\System32\WINLOGONPC.EXE
It is showing in the HijackThis log you posted, so I would assume it to be there. However, if you ran thru my procedure using HijackThis to fix the problems, it is quite possible that HJT was able to delete the file itself.

Finish the steps and post the followup log.

I did all of the steps up until the deleting of that file, I checked to make all hidden files are shown, and they are. So heres the Hijack this log I just did.
EDIT: forgot to attach it, here it is
