task manager/ task scheduler issues/ start up items

Since I had two viruses removed it seems that my task manager isn’t running properly, I notice that that cursor along with windows screens flashs nonstop, skips from one window to the next or from tab to tab when the cpu is running at full speed, not allowing me to even close the program

I bought a program that I saw on this site called Reimage, and when I run it if found 2000 plus problems, I then click the “fix” bottom but the program seems not to get ready of the problems, I’ve also noticed that they do not have a phone number which is frustrating when one is trying to get the computer fixed ASAP, they only communicate via email, Please let the member to know before spending money on a software that doesn’t provide phone number for technical support….ok…back to the subject……….

I had also tried to run a task schedule defrag, but it won’t do it states that the task image is corrupted. It seems that the virus has changed lots of the startup files………also since that occurrence my windows will not restart automatcly, I have to actually click on “ enter” in order to run wind 7 software...is there anythign that can be accomplished before wiping my computer and have windows and everythign else reinstalled??

Hi, i confused about reaimage, since i have been a bit desparate i have purcahsed a few softares online, yes REAL image does have a number, however no one is ever available, therefore you have to leave a voice mail it takes 24- 48 hrs for someone to call us back, since I bought that program I have had more HELP from you guys then from that company…….I want thank major geeks for that……hopefully they will refund my money…..now back to re run, there were a few programs that would not run (root repeal and combo fix), I had the description on my thread…what do you mean by starting a new thread called “cluttered now”? You guys have been extremely helpfull

 

Hi I dont thing there is anymore malwares..it seems that the virus left some corrupted files which windows isnt able to get them replaced. i had ran a SFC scannow and that is what i found out ( damaged files, unable to replace them) . where do i create a new thread about that issue? basicly if someone can help me find out which files are bad and how to replace them. i am sure the problem will be resolved without having to reformate my computer. Thanks
