Task manager

In my task manager i have a process running called ioloDMVSvc.exe.........when i go to end process on said file it says access denied unable to end process...........now ive also noticed i have some iolo files on my system in C:/ drive that i cannot delete also anyway i can get rid of these files as i do not even have System Mechanic anymore on my system!!

To add to this post i have gone thru add/remove programs and system mechanic is in there also and it will not let me remove from there either keeps saying samething that i do not have permission or access denied.

 

hey steve thnx for the quick reply i done what u said to do with services.msc and i disabled the file in task manager but it wouldnt give me the option to stop after i hit disable than ok...........and also i have 3 files 2 dll and 1 exe SM7 that will not let me delete them it keeps sayin access denied how can i get around this and somehow delete them!!!!!!!!
