task manager

    awhile back i had some virus probs but got them fixed.the resulting ongoing prob is that when i use ctrl+alt+del i get a flag saying the administrator has shut task manager off and i can't figure out how to get it started again,i've even tried relaying winxp down again no luck.help pls.
