    I right click my taskbar and set a new toolbar and set the start menu to use small icons..When I shut down and restart everything is back, as before I right clicked..HELP

    Hi, Did you check to see if the start menu boxed was ticked to use small icons. It might be that instead of coming out of the box by clicking the box"OK" you just used the X box. It could be that doing that way would cancel your instructions. Peace Mal

    Also try clicking the 'Apply' button before clicking 'Ok'. :)
