Taskmgr not showing "User Name" info

    Hello, and great website! Sorry for my first post being a request for help!

    Anyways, I'm not sure if this is a malware problem or something I messed up. No virus scanners find anything. I followed the "Read this before anything" or something :)p) thread, but again, nothing. Here's a picture of my task manager:

    Usually this means Windows hasn't fully loaded yet. Wait about 10 mins and look at it again, does it still show the same?

    Yeah, it always shows it, even after 3 days. :(

    Give the below a try:

    • Click Start, Run and type Services.msc
    • Locate Terminal Services and double-click it
    • Set the Startup type to Automatic, and click Apply
    • Click the Start button to launch the service manually.
    • Now does Task Manager's User Name show the desired info?
