TCP/IPv6 Settings for Wireless in Vista

My wireless adapter got the settings messed up and I have yet to get them totally straightened out. I am using Vista and my adapter is a Linksys with Speedbooster. We have a Dlink repeater to allow me to connect to our Linksys wireless wrt54g which connects to our broadband. I could not get the Windows Diagnose & Repair to fix it. I finally uninstalled the adapter and reinstalled the driver for Vista. I was then able to connect with the TCP/IPv4, but the 6 shows only a local connection and my up/downloading is very slow. I have an HP with AMD Phenom 8400 triple core processor, 2.1 GHz, 3G Ram. I am using the latest Mozilla Foxfire, but I cannot get the TCP/IPv6 to connect to the internet. I used to show 3 to 4 bars on my signal and now only 2. It started when the main computer got a virus and it systematically shut things down and the service provider cut us off for using too much band width. I have run countless scans and can't find any critters, yet it continues to not allow my automatic settings to connect this part. Help please!

You should do the procedures in the READ and RUN ME FIRST Guide.
Please follow all the instructions and post the appropriate logs when you finished.

Once you are free of malware, if the connection problems still exist, repost your problems in the software or networking forums.

Its because your likely using a modem/router that only provides tcp/ip v4 as thats the current standard, dont worry about ipv6 not show as connected. Try the malware guide. But ipv6 isn't widely used by home networks or even isps for customers. Very unlikely thats your issue.
