My (not tech savvy) husband got taken in by a tech support scam tonight. Brightpcguru.com. Computer froze, screen popped up claiming to be Microsoft, with a number to call. He did...payed them $170 to scan his computer and "fix" it. Sigh. It's a new computer, a Dell Inspiron with a SSD.

I'm worried that they've buried malware that will keep coming back. Advice please? Thanks in advance.
