Techview Camera Ftp Settings Help

So far have installed 2 x QC3832 and had no problems! Have a QC3842 pan and tilt cam, totally different software and set up, connected to router by cable, running a notepad XP with physical connection to router, full access to it, but when accessed from other PCs on Wi-Fi, no video feed but can remotely control camera movement, camera is feeding out video, but on all other PCs can only access it by by address http://10.0.0.15/web/mobile.html, all other software shows a black screen. A quandary at the moment, and a pain, any suggestions, gratefully accepted!

 

Which version(s) of Windows is the QC3842 software compatible with? If I read your initial post correctly, the QC3832 software is compatible with XP but, the QC3842 software may need Vista or later.
