Telecommunication Expense

How do you handle your telecommunication expenses? We've been noticing some drastic changes on telecommunication costs these past few months specifically in our Sales and Marketing Department. Of course we are aware that most of the call logs are for sales call purposes. However, we're trying to look for some ways on how to manage it properly. Perhaps we need to apply some standard procedures and limitations to control the increasing rates of our expenditures. You might want to suggest something that you also practice in the office.
