Is there any way to "recover" files that were viewed on the internet by finding them in the temperary internet files folder? If so, where exactly would they be? Would they be in a "normal" file format? For example, if I went to a webpage that had a Flash Object(I believe that's the correct name), that object would be saved to the temp. internet files folder, would it not? If I wanted to get something from that file, say, the music, then I should be able to find the file in the temp internet files folder, and then use editing software to get the music out, shouldn't I? Or, as a simpler example, if I viewed a banner at the top of a website, the image should be in the temp internet files folder, in the image format that it was originally in, correct?

In Windows Vista Home Premium, can anyone tell me where the temp. internet files folder is located?
