   Hi Guys,
   I'm a novice with computer,and on starting spybot
   it tells me it would be easier for it if the temporary files are
   gone. Is it safe for me to get rid of them? And what are they?

   Temporary files ( files in temp folders ) are files you don't need. Hence the name temp files. You can quickly/easily remove temp files by using CCleaner as per step 5 in the below link:
