   Our work computer is now all mp3 files from the teslacrypt virus that is demanding bitcoin. We have followed the instructions for malware removal to the best of our ability - not sure what to do next! The logs are stored on the desktop - nothing seems to repaired. Our level of computer knowledge is very low.

   I am afraid that there is nothing we can do to help you. The only "cure" is to restore from backups.

   For TeslaCrypt, it may be possible to decode some of the files. See the below link where TeslaDecoder is mentioned:

   It all depends on the version of TeslaCrypt. The above may not work for MP3 type though.
