Test your typing speed

    This morning I could type 52 wpm, maybe I can type faster after I've had a latte. BTW, don't cheat by cutting and pasting. We all know you can't type a 1000 words per minute.:-D

    yeah, there are some other similar sites. Anybody know a site that checks for errors? I found a pdf article that gives data on typing speeds. It used to be that if you could type x wpm then you got promotion. If you didn't type x then were stuck.

    A better test would be to type for a minute or more.

    Imagine, somebody's whole career used to rest on his/her typing speed. :p
