    Hi,
We are looking for the quickest and most efficient way to test a very large lot of returned routers. We do not have the time to plug each router into a computer and do the testing that way. So we are looking for some other alternatives?

Additionally is there any quicker way for the Dongles besides plugging them into a computer?

And finally, is just power on testing for the routers effective in any way?

    Please let me know.

    Thank You

Routers and adapters often have their problems rooted in signal quality or cutting off repeatedly. As such, I do not think there is a "quick" way to test them.

I doubt manufacturers do more than a quick "power on" test on refurbished devices. I saw this when I worked at Fry's - the return rate on "refurbished" Wi-Fi equipmet was up to ten times that of similar new equipment.

If you don't want to test each device, you can sell them "as-is" in the "wholesale lots" section of eBay. This may be a more cost effective option.
