Testlaplus and spysheriff

I have both of these on my PC, two little red circular icons with an X and a ! in them in the taskbar by the clock. Random adverts pop up in IE (even though I use firefox), my IE homepage has changed to a page titled about:blank with a fake search page with the usual viagra stuff and, most worryingly, something opens up my "run" box and types things in, such as notepad and then wrote a few words in it and it also typed playboy.com
Also adaware doesn't finish deleting the stuff and I cannot run other similar programs.
I can supply hijack this logs on request, please help me

http://www.majorgeeks.com/images/grenade.gif Very Important: Make sure you tell us the results from running the tutorial...was anything found? Were you unable to complete any of the scans?...Were you unable to download any of the tools?...Did you do the on-line scans as suggested? etc.
