Text And Image Post To Reddit

I want to create a text and image post on Reddit (it's a photo that I took). I don't want to have simply a title and a picture.

It seems that Reddit wont let you do that. So, I tried to get a website link to the image . For that, I tried to create an account on imgur.com. However, imgur is not working for me. After I enter info to create new account, the site says says, "error 403... contact support" The link to support is a deadlink. I tried 2 different web browsers with the same result.

Any pointers on how to get this done? I am completely open to using a different image hosting site.
