Tf Card Scan On Input Each Time

Hi,
I insert the TF card into the USB slot & pretty much all the time the PC wants to scan it for some reason.
There was some text about maybe removing it before i should etc.

This doesnt happen as i wait for the message by the clock to advise me when to move it.

If i continue with the scan i am told no bad sectors & it continues no problem.

Why does it keep wanting to scan it ?
I changed the card to another make / size etc but still the same.
