My 'puter's issues are being resolved with the help of your great site. I just wanted to thank all involved for what you folks do around here. From the OPs who have issues, to the folks who help resolve those issues. I have learned soooooo much around here!

Many forums seem to be rife w/attitudes and put-downs for folks who are less-knowledgable and trying to figure their way through this stuff for the first time. I have never run into that around here, and have used your site numerous times (two teenagers @ home w/puters who haven't/aren't willing to figure this stuff out for themselves. Do they ever outgrow the "I don't know how it happened:innocent" stage??).
