That Old Familiar spyware feeling -- Please Help!

Hi again,

Have made it almost a whole year without having to post here... i'd say that's pretty good.

Recently, CPU usage spikes out when trying to use a software program called ProTools. Had the same problem before and it was spyware running behind the scenes. I've done all scans that I can remember having done before, but nothing has turned up, and problem persists. I'm going to post my Hijack This log here. Please don't yell at me...
Please take a look and let me know if you see anything fishy. Also, any free trojan detect fixers that have the latest updates? Already used up Trojan Gold...

Followed Procedures, still having problem...

Hi,

Spent all day loading and scanning recommended programs. They found a couple things, and I think fixed everything. However, I could not scan on-line in safe mode, so I did it regular mode. However, I did scan with Stinger in safe mode... nothing found with that.
However, CPU still spikes when using ProTools, particularly when using the built-in reverb effect...

Attached is a HJT file. Please let me know if you see anything suspicious in here.

Sorry about all that... There's a lot of new rules here, and I have dislexia, so sometimes I read it, but it doesn't stick if I don't slow down...

Followed your instructions. Attached is a log file for HJT.

FYI: CPU and Usage meaters act like they did when I had Trojan/Spyware about a year ago.
