Hello Geeks.
Is Glary Utilities better Than Wise Care 365 Pro,I have just been so lucky to receive Wise Care 365 Pro as giveaway,and i ran it one time on my Acer Aspire Laptop,and it is fast now , not just the programs but Windows 8.1 too,yes,what do you experts have to say about it,I would be very pleased to hear(My startup time is through the roof:21 sec.)

 

No such program will solve a slow start up if the reason for the slowness is too many start ups which is very common.
You can see start ups in Win 8.1 in Task Manager > Start up
You can also see them in CCleaner Slim > Tools > Startup
and a much more detailed list in Microsoft Autoruns

If you need advice on which can be disabled, then post very clear focussed screenshots of them.
As Acer is a brand builder it's likely that much of the 'bloatware' software it installs (mostly all unneeded) will be in start up.

To solve a slow start up buy a SSD.This is the one i got works well.

I got my windows 7 boot time down to 20 seconds load with some modding of the OS.
