I hope things are still going well for you.

I'm writing a very short story for 'reluctant readers' and, because it's going to be published by an educational publisher (if it's any good), I been asked to base the action on some maths! Not easy. Anyway, I thought of you and called my mathematical whizz-kid Zack. He doesn't need a surname for the sake of the story so he's just Zack. He's also going to save the world.

I am quite friendly with the drummer of a not-very-well-known group called The Workhouse. You could check them out on Amazon. But I'd better not send a professional drummer advice on drumming or he might think that I'm hinting that he should improve! Nice site, though.

The weather here is dreadful. We've had a huge amount of rain and several villages and homes are flooded. Not us, I'm pleased to say. Our main road into town is underwater. It's under 60°F which is less than average for September. Still, when I see the news coverage of severe weather on your side of the Atlantic, I shouldn't complain. We had a holiday in the Caribbean (Tobago) - but we had only one storm and it wasn't anything like the strength of a hurricane.

I haven't talked to you in a while.
I just started school a little ago. I'm in eigth grade (I know you have a different school system. In America, its Kindergarden, then grades 1-12 and then you would graduate high school.
I also just launched a drumming website. **I'M NOT PIMPING**. If you know any drummers, mabye you should tell them about it. :-D
Anyway, hows the weather there. Here, it's been pretty warm for the beginning of fall (first chilly morning this morning.). It got up to 75°F today
