the flu is killing me...

youngest son had it all last week, almost to the point of hospitaliztion. He's better now. Guess its my turn. Please make it stop, its brutal. *passes back out*

Just rock away and play your guitar, y'know, annoy the neighbours, that kinda milarky. I do it far too often and when we move in a while, I'm getting a drum kit too!
But anyway back on track, I'm sure you'll be fine, just keep taking the "anti-flu" pills, or as my grandparents dp, start taking annual flu vaccines - don't want to make you feel old or anything hehe!

 

103 for two days now. Its rediculous, Im wearing flannel pj's and a freaking sweatshirt and its at least 80 outside today. WTF. Pedialyte is the only thing that hasn't shot thru me like abullet train. Man that stuff is nasty, I know why my kids wont touch it now. Almost due for another bottle.

 

Wouldn't that involve getting ones nose very close to said shorts?

 

Man that sucks. I haven't had the flu for a couple of years ***knock on wood very loudly*** but I know that isn't a fun time. With luck it'll be over in a couple days. In the meantime enjoy the time off of work if you're doing so!

 

I had flu last year, lucky not to get it this year!
You should drink plenty of fluids, have soup and dress warm so you sweat out the fever! Next year around Flu season, take Echinacea as instructed on bottle. It does ward off colds and the flu and if you happen to catch a cold or the flu it usually isn't so bad and doesn't last as long!

 

Sorry to hear you are still feeling so rough Bluesman. A doc once recommended to me flat coca cola for diarrohea. Might be worth a try...I'm sure pepsi will be just as good if you prefer HTH and feel better real soon.
