The greatest thing about my day job...

I just love it when end users call in, they are in "desperate" need of help. Their computers and painfully slow and they cannot perform their job and need my immediate assistance.

Upon examining their computers I find neato stuff like spyware. But the best is when you nail them for shopping for porno online. Movies, toys, you name it. And you also see that 7 of the 8 hours they are at work, they are shopping on ebay and everywhere else under the sun.

Now I get to make printouts of said porno movies, toys, and various ebay activities. I also get to write a report and show the printouts to their boss. Oh what joy I am spreading today. I wonder if this persons resume is up to date. Sigh...

i know what you mean i work on some computers myself but what got me when i had to have my computer repaird was the pc-store that worked on it well lets just say when i got it back i looked at the history and did not like what i seen
