Promising cancer cure, or at least a step in the right direction from the sledgehammer effect of chemo. This is geeky, radio waves and nano particles. 60 Minutes Give the video a chance as it looks like a cheap parlour trick at the start of it. I like the guy as he hams with a sidewinder key, I know this was totally off topic.:) About 12 minutes.

OK now, this is getting weirder after doing some googling to learn more about this guy Kanzius. He's using his RF generator now to split saltwater for energy.

It looks impressive seeing 'water' burn but that takes a lot of energy, not to mention the chlorine production which has to be disposed of safely. There was lots of TV coverage of this, which doesn't mean much to me in the grand scheme of things.

My skeptical eyebrow is starting to lift though I really do hope the cancer thing pans out.

There's an embedded video in there too.

Very interesting, would be wonderful if it comes about. There has been strides, cancer isn't the death sentence it once was, still a far cry from a complete cure for all of it.
Children especially, it's heartbreaking to see a sick or dying child.

    wow...

I really hope this can go somewhere and not be squashed by the pharmaceutical companies. As someone who has spent a fair portion of their life in the medical field though, I am skeptical that it will get that far. The pharmaceutical companies stand to loose serious capital if things like Cancer, HIV/AIDS, ALS and other such diseases are eliminated.

Think for a second why the only real 'cure' seen in recent times is for chicken pox and HPV.... and they don't promise that it won't strike. While things like Polio and Mumps are all but disappeared... back in the day.

Sorry to be a downer, it just frustrates me having lost too many friends to these 'incurable' diseases.
