I sleep that way right now, msleepm for three or four, then awake for at least one. I don't have enough time left though after I fall back to sleep. I'm hoping it's temporary, I only have time for the one chunk sleep.:-D

 

Try waking your wife up in the middle of night because your bored and see what happens:-D

 

Agreed! I recently was getting maybe 5-6 hours a night for a while. Well it finally caught up with me. Friday, I slept about 13 hrs and Saturday about 11.. I need my sleep in my old age :-D

 

Thanks for the interesting article. Recently I sleep 7 hours per night and I think it is natural. The next time I wake up in the middle of the night, I will definitely think of our pre-industrial ancestors.
