    Congrats Tony on being married that long. Wife and I had our 35th last year. I'd post on my greatness. But my wife already told me how great I am. " After 35 years of being married to you, she tells me it was the best 5 years of her life" -> Think they count the minutes-seconds, ect. And total them up. Can't wait till we hit the 50 mark to see what she says then.

    Thanks Locodave, after 50 years I still can'nt work out half the things she say's or does.

    Mims, thank you for your kind thoughts, and yes she is still my love. keep up with the excerise thing. I was diagnosed with diabetes just before Christmas, told to loose weight and have managed to loose 3 kilos, simple things help quite a lot, like using a smaller plate, snack less and leave the car in the garage. The best way to burn off the calories make love more often :-D

    Indeed Diabetes is the silent killer and good on your for loosing weight and exercising more, keeping it managed and you dont end up with issues, likely you have the yearly eye screening (do keep those appointements as the eyes are a early indicator to issues arrising).

    @Mimsy - 190lbs is what I am trying to get back to; lose all the weight I gained since I stopped smoking. And drinking. And sniffing glue, And . . . (err, sorry; thought I was Lloyd Bridges there for a second :-D )

    Kudos to tonyhale and wife on the 50th . . . that is amazing! My wife and I are approaching our 10th and I am more surprised each day she hasn't killed me yet . . . :)
