Very cool - here's some other aurora's closer to where I live

 

One thing I've always wanted to see is the Northern Lights.

 

Though I have no pics.
My imagination grows every day. I have had the opportunity to travel every inch of Canada, Jamaica, Mexico, and the USA.
The best Aurora Borealis(northern lights) I have seen was in Northern Saskatewan in Jan 97...Give or take so many sweet views I have seen, The best to dat was traveling east bound out of Saskatoon Sak. Can. last summer.
It wasn't like the stories, It was Just There!
It was so huge, it looked like it was 100 feet off the horrizon just in front of me. It continued in a fabulous wave to nowhere beyond my sight. The amazing thing is , it was 3D!
Those that dont know what prairy land is......
well you havn't seen northerlights! If your too south. Same thing!
Thousands of years ago, mankind was scared of these "pictures in the sky"
Now it's called beauty.
I still live in a place where I can get true views. I will add that to my site as well, and the other STUFF that comes to mind!

I`ve seen the aurora many times in my kife. One thing a lot of people don`t know is that there can be so many different colors. It`d be nice if everyone could see them first-hand. Pictures do them little justice.
