As soon as I pay down some credit card debt (last card), I'm so buying an 6.8 flavor.

 

Got me a scope ordered for the 6.8. 6X fixed scope. Think it will do great for my needs.

Yes, I am cheap, but I think 99.9% of shots would be at 100 yards or less.

Inexpensive scope, but being fixed as opposed to variable gives it some value.

 

and next month it will be .50 cal sniper rifles!!

How many do I have? What are you a cop?:-D Umm, just the twins? And only 4 bullets for each gun. Any more would be hording. :-D

And yes, .50 in a sniper setup is on the wish list. Unfortunately, they aint cheap. I have not shot with a magnified scope in a long time. I am sure it will find a home on one of the rifles.

I have laser and phaser blasters too. I also have a working Light Saber. No laws against having a sword "made of light". I feel like Thundarr with this bad ***!

Got my scope in today! Very nice. 6x magnification, green or red light reticle, or just the etched in black mil dot. Will see how it shoot this weekend. :cool

This scope is awesome! Watch out Bambi... I shot 3 3 shot groups at 25 yards so I can hit the paper when I go to the real rifle range and shoot at 100 yards. Out of the box, the scope was only 3" high and to the left. Not bad at all. My second 3 shot group clover leafed! I could cover all three holes with a nickel... :-D I have never shot a rifle that well. Sure, was only 25 yards, but the only rest I had was the pistol grip on the little counter.

Love me some 6.8SPC with the SSA hunting rounds. :cool Now have 3 invitations to private hunting camps this year. Wow, that is a lot of '3's' in this post.
