Thermal paste question

I'm changing my CPU to an X2 3800 from a Venice 3000 and keeping the same stock cooler and wanted to know what I needed off of this page. Any help appreciated.confused

 

I have only used Arctic Silver Ceramique.. running an Athlon64 4000+ @ 2.8.. it idles at about 38 and I have never seen it higher than 52 (full load) on air.

 

I've used most every Thermal paste on the market
Now I only use AS Ceramique, It's safer than AS silver,none conductive, last longer, cleans easier
The smaller tube is enough for many applications
