An apartment building caretaker was already searching for a man accused of threatening a tenant and her son with a knife when he came upon the same suspect raping another woman in a stairwell, court was told Friday. Andrew White said he was canvassing tenants in the Cumberland Avenue apartment block, Nov. 23, 2008, when he received a report of a woman screaming in a stairwell. White said he opened the stairwell door and saw Peter Laporte sexually assaulting a woman. "I grabbed his neck and squeezed until he lost consciousness," White said. "As soon as I grabbed his neck, the woman said he was raping her." Laporte, 37, has pleaded not guilty to aggravated sexual assault, forcible confinement, assault with a weapon and other charges in connection to three attacks taking place within hours of each other. His alleged victims include an eight-year-old boy who was seriously sexually assaulted after being led into a stairwell. White said Laporte had the woman pressed against the stairwell wall. Both of their pants were down. Crown attorney John Field asked White if he saw the man's penis. "It was rather small, not worth mentioning," White said. "It was erect." White said he held Laporte on the floor and called police on his cell phone. "He was pretty easy to hold down," he said. White said he "slapped" Laporte's head onto the concrete floor "a couple of times" when he tried to escape. "I knew he had a knife on him." White said. "In that kind of situation you react first, ask questions later." Defence lawyer Crystal Antila alleged the victim fabricated the **** story and had agreed to have sex with Laporte in exchange for drugs. The trial resumes Monday.


This was a fun day in court for me testify .I hope he goes to jail long for **** of 40 year old lady **** of 8 year old boy and attemted **** of 20 year old philipino lady and her 2 year old son. if i had known about the 8 year old boy when i catch him raping the 40 year old native lady i would done more than just crack his head open on the cement i would paralized him.

Sex offenders do not get the justice they deserve and I beg the states that do not have the death penalty to allow the punishment for these animals. Their crimes are horrific and most sentences are way too easy and too short. Chemical castration for the first offense. 2nd offense -death. Why should my tax dollars keep a person alive in a cozy cell with 3 full meals a day; showers, play station and cable tv; rec rooms, outdoor sports, and the opportunities to get a ged or worse, go to college!!!! There is something wrong in society that allow the Dahmers, the Sandsuky's life in prison while their young victims have lost their lives and their entire childhood. They are marked forever emotionally and physically...

There are different classes of sex offenders, according to crime and age of victims. I am not talking about a 17 yr old having sex with a 16 yr old and sometimes that kid is put on the sex registry for having teen sex with a minor. Each state has different ages for age of consent-that doesn't make sense. But the hard core priest that has molested 20 young altar servers, then had to be urgently sent to Arizona without punishment is unforgiving. The teacher that was so great with his second grade kids that he begged the school board and parents to let him move up with the whole class for 3rd and 4th grade(while he molested most of the children IN THE SCHOOL)...and the countless unknown offenders having sex with their own children, step children, adopted children(Woody Allen!!!!!!!!!!) the laws and punishments need to be changed.

I have no sympathy for these people(yes, women are included as well) Not all get racked up while in prison so just do everyone a favor and shoot the bastards.

when i caught the sex ofender i would hurt him more he was laying in a pile of his own blood he was screaming more than the **** victom from his screams there was atleast 20 people watching me hold him down. i was choking him and bashing his head into the conrete he was bleeding pretty bad. took cops 20 min to show up when they did they removed the knife off of him and pulled up his pants. the first story i gave you was the report's coments on the case in court.

I miss my old hobbies of beating up the criminals i have like 4 kids my self my wife made me move to the country and raise them in the city i took down over 300 criminal i truely miss all the fun of it all grab a man by the neck see him pass out secounds later trick is pinch of blood supply to there neck.

One time this drunk pulled out his thing infrount kids in the park he was beside one of them gas meters that had protective bars filled with concrete to gaurd it well i took his head slammed it into the concrete i went inside after he managed get up get away i went cleaned up all the blood incase the cried to the cops but he never came back hehe

Another time my wife hit speed dial she was at the corner store said load cause phone was in her pants why are you trying to rob the store i jump out the window ran to the store walked in calm he acted calm standing at the till i grabbed his neck fast dragged him out of the store and held him down for the cops.
